Exness Minimum Withdrawal Amount and Withdrawal Limits

At Exness, the minimum withdrawal amount varies depending on the withdrawal method. While Exness does not impose an overall limit on the total amount that can be withdrawn, there is a per-transaction limit for each withdrawal method. If you wish to withdraw an amount that exceeds the per-transaction limit, you will need to split the withdrawal into multiple transactions.

Please note that if you have deposited funds using a credit or debit card, the maximum amount you can withdraw is limited to the total amount you have deposited in the past. Any profits earned from trading can be withdrawn using other withdrawal methods.

  2. Neteller and Skrill are not available to customers residing in Japan.

Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method, account, and currency used for the deposit.

Due to anti-money laundering regulations, Exness generally requires that withdrawals be made using the same payment method used for deposits. Please note that if you have only made deposits via credit card, you cannot select any other payment method for withdrawals. Additionally, you must specify the trading account and currency used for the deposit when making a withdrawal.

Please note that for credit/debit cards, withdrawals (refunds) can only be made to the card used for the deposit; withdrawals to a different card are not permitted. Additionally, please be aware that you cannot withdraw profits that exceed the total amount deposited via card.

note

You cannot designate an account with no trading history as the withdrawal destination. If you wish to withdraw funds that have already been deposited, you can do so by transferring them internally to a trading account that has a trading history.

Withdrawal Processing Priority

At Exness, if you have deposited funds using multiple methods, you must withdraw funds in the order of priority. From an anti-money laundering perspective, Exness gives the highest priority to withdrawals via credit/debit cards.Once the total amount deposited via credit/debit cards has been fully withdrawn (refunded), you may withdraw funds—including profitsusing other withdrawal methods. Please note that, as a general rule, Exness does not accept withdrawal requests that deviate from this order of priority.

note

Refunds to credit/debit cards must be requested within 90 days of the deposit. For deposits that have exceeded the refund period, you can withdraw the funds using your preferred payment method from the options listed on your withdrawal page. However, if you have never used your preferred payment method before, you must first make a minimum deposit using that method to activate it before you can withdraw funds.

Exness Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawal Method 1: Credit/Debit Card

At Exness, you can withdraw funds to the credit or debit card you used to deposit funds into your Exness trading account. We support two card brands: VISA and Mastercard. Please note that there are no fees for withdrawals made via credit or debit card. After submitting a withdrawal request, it typically takes 1 to 14 business days for the funds to be credited to your account.

Credit/Debit Card
Points
クレジット/デビットカードによる出金
Funds will be received within 1–14 business days (up to 30 days)
Withdrawals of profits are not permitted
No withdrawal fees

Withdrawals made via credit or debit card are treated as refunds of your credit limit, so the withdrawal amount must always be equal to the deposit amount. The total amount deposited using your credit or debit card constitutes the maximum withdrawable amount. Any profits exceeding this total deposit amount can be withdrawn using other withdrawal methods.

Please note that Exness prioritizes withdrawals to credit/debit cards above all other methods. Therefore, if you have used multiple deposit methods in the past, you must first complete withdrawals up to the total amount deposited via card.

Withdrawal Process Using Credit/Debit Cards

If you select "Credit Card" on the withdrawal page in your Exness Personal Area to initiate a withdrawal, Exness will process the withdrawal within 24 business hours, and the card issuer will complete the refund within 1 to 14 business days.

How Credit/Debit Card Withdrawals Work

For withdrawals made via credit or debit card, the refund process is initiated by reversing the transaction used to deposit funds into your Exness trading account. Credit card refunds are typically applied to your card’s available credit limit or credited to a designated bank account, though the specific procedure may vary depending on your card issuer. For debit card refunds, the funds are generally returned to the bank account linked to the card.

You cannot withdraw profits using a credit or debit card

Since withdrawals to credit/debit cards are processed as refunds of the amount used for the deposit, you cannot withdraw profits that exceed the total amount deposited. You can withdraw your profits using other withdrawal methods.

If you use multiple credit or debit cards

If you have deposited funds into your Exness trading account using multiple credit or debit cards, you must withdraw (or request a refund) the total amount deposited via each card back to that specific card. Please note that you cannot withdraw funds to a different card or withdraw an amount exceeding the total deposited via each card.

If you update your credit or debit card

At Exness, even if you have updated the credit or debit card used to fund your trading account, you can still withdraw funds to the original card based on the information held by the card issuer. However, if the expired credit or debit card is not linked to a bank account, you will need to contact the Exness Support Desk to arrange a refund using an alternative withdrawal method.Additionally, if your credit or debit card is lost or stolen, please contact the Exness Support Desk with documentation proving the loss or theft of the card.

Reasons Why You Can't Withdraw Funds from Exness or Why Withdrawals Are Rejected

At Exness, we never unreasonably deny withdrawal requests. If your withdrawal is denied, it is likely due to a specific reason preventing the transaction. In particular, if your situation falls under any of the following categories, your withdrawal request may be denied or returned, or it may take longer to process. Please review the potential causes of withdrawal denials and how to address them in advance.

The withdrawal request does not comply with the rules

Exness has a priority system for processing withdrawals. Please note that if you submit a request that does not comply with Exness’s withdrawal priority rules, your withdrawal will be rejected.Even if a withdrawal request via credit/debit card—which has the highest priority—has been completed but is marked as "Pending" due to some reason, you must first complete these requests before selecting another withdrawal method. Please also note that requesting a withdrawal to a credit/debit card after the refund period (90 days) has expired will also result in the withdrawal being rejected.

You do not meet the minimum or maximum withdrawal amount requirements

Exness has set different minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction depending on the withdrawal method. Please note that requests that do not meet the minimum withdrawal amount or exceed the maximum withdrawal limit per transaction will be rejected and cannot be processed.

There are insufficient funds to cover the withdrawal request

At Exness, you can withdraw funds even while holding open positions. However, since your available margin is a constantly fluctuating amount and there is a possibility of an unexpected stop-out being triggered, we do not recommend making withdrawals while holding open positions. If your account does not have sufficient funds to cover the withdrawal amount, an error message such as "insufficient funds" will appear, and the withdrawal will be rejected. Please verify that you have sufficient funds and resubmit your withdrawal request within the available withdrawal limit.

There is a problem with the payment service

If your withdrawal request is declined by Exness, it may be due to an issue on the payment service provider’s end, such as an expired credit card or a frozen account with the payment service. Even if there are no issues with the withdrawal process on Exness, if you are unable to withdraw funds or your request is declined, please check with your payment service provider to see if there is a problem on their end.
