Exness Minimum Withdrawal Amount and Withdrawal Limits
At Exness, the minimum withdrawal amount varies depending on the withdrawal method. Although Exness does not set an overall limit on the total amount that can be withdrawn, there is a per-transaction limit for each withdrawal method. If you wish to withdraw an amount that exceeds the per-transaction limit, you will need to split the withdrawal into multiple transactions.
Please note that if you have made a deposit using a credit or debit card, the maximum amount you can withdraw is limited to the total amount of past deposits. Any profits earned from trading can be withdrawn using other withdrawal methods.

- If you use a credit or debit card, withdrawals are always treated as refunds, so the minimum withdrawal amount is the same as the minimum deposit amount listed in your card deposit history.
- Neteller and Skrill are not available to customers residing in Japan.
Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method, account, and currency used for the deposit.
Due to anti-money laundering regulations, Exness generally requires that withdrawals be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. For example, please note that if you have only made deposits via credit card, you cannot select any other payment method as the withdrawal destination. You must also specify the trading account from which the funds are being withdrawn and the currency in which the deposit was made.
Please note that for credit/debit cards, withdrawals (refunds) can only be made to the card used for the deposit; withdrawals to a different card are not permitted. Also, please be aware that you cannot withdraw profits that exceed the total amount deposited via that card.
Withdrawal Processing Priority
At Exness, if you have made deposits using multiple methods, you must withdraw funds in the order of priority. For anti-money laundering purposes, Exness gives the highest priority to withdrawals via credit/debit cards.Once you have withdrawn (or received a refund for) the total amount deposited via each credit/debit card, you will be able to withdraw funds—including profits—using other withdrawal methods. Please note that, as a general rule, Exness does not accept withdrawal requests that deviate from this order of priority.

Exness Withdrawal Methods
Withdrawal Method 1: Credit/Debit Card
At Exness, you can withdraw funds to the credit or debit card you used to deposit funds into your Exness trading account. We support two card brands: “VISA” and “Mastercard.” Please note that there are no withdrawal fees for credit or debit cards. After submitting a withdrawal request, it typically takes 1 to 14 business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
Points
Since withdrawals made via credit or debit card are treated as refunds of your credit limit, the withdrawal amount must always be equal to the deposit amount. The total amount deposited using your credit or debit card constitutes the maximum withdrawable amount; any profits exceeding this total can be withdrawn using other withdrawal methods.
Please note that Exness’s withdrawal priority system gives top priority to credit/debit cards. Therefore, if you have used multiple deposit methods in the past, you must first complete withdrawals up to the total amount deposited via card.
Withdrawal Process Using a Credit/Debit Card
If you select “Credit Card” on the withdrawal page in your Exness Personal Area to initiate a withdrawal, Exness will complete its processing within 24 business hours, and the card issuer will complete the refund processing within 1 to 14 business days.
How Credit/Debit Card Withdrawals Work
For withdrawals made via credit or debit card, the refund is processed by canceling the transaction record associated with the deposit you made into your Exness trading account. Credit card refunds are typically applied to your card’s available credit limit or credited to a designated bank account; however, the specific process may vary depending on your card issuer.Additionally, for debit card refunds, the funds are generally returned to the bank account linked to the card.
You cannot withdraw profits using a credit or debit card.
Withdrawals to credit or debit cards are processed as refunds of the amounts used for deposits; therefore, you cannot withdraw profits that exceed your total deposit amount. You can withdraw your profits using other withdrawal methods.
If you use multiple credit or debit cards
If you have made deposits into your Exness trading account using multiple credit or debit cards, you must withdraw (or request a refund) the cumulative deposit amount for each card back to the respective card. Please note that you cannot withdraw funds to a different card or withdraw an amount exceeding the cumulative deposit amount for each card.
If You Update Your Credit or Debit Card
At Exness, even if you have updated the credit or debit card used to fund your trading account, you can still withdraw funds to the original card based on the information held by the card issuer. However, if an expired credit or debit card is not linked to a bank account, you will need to contact the Exness Support Desk to arrange a refund using an alternative withdrawal method.Additionally, if your credit or debit card is lost or stolen, please contact the Exness Support Desk with documentation proving the loss or theft of the card.

Reasons Why You Can't Withdraw Funds from Exness or Why Withdrawals Are Rejected
At Exness, withdrawals are never denied without a valid reason.
However, if you do not meet the withdrawal requirements or there are procedural errors, your withdrawal request may be rejected or it may take some time for the funds to be processed. To ensure a smooth withdrawal process, please review the following main reasons why withdrawals may be denied and how to resolve them.
Please note that you will not be able to process a withdrawal if your profile verification (identity verification) has not been completed.
The withdrawal request does not comply with the rules
At Exness, withdrawals are processed according to a specific priority order. Please note that if you submit a withdrawal request that does not comply with Exness’s withdrawal priority rules, your request will be rejected.Even if you have submitted a withdrawal request via credit or debit card—which has the highest priority—and it has been rejected for any reason and is currently “on hold,” you must first complete these requests before selecting another withdrawal method. Please also note that requesting a withdrawal to a credit or debit card after the 90-day refund period has expired will result in the withdrawal being rejected.
You do not meet the minimum or maximum withdrawal amount requirements
At Exness, different minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction are set depending on the withdrawal method. Please note that requests that fall below the minimum withdrawal amount or exceed the maximum withdrawal limit per transaction will be rejected and cannot be processed.
Insufficient funds to cover the withdrawal request
At Exness, you can make a withdrawal even while holding open positions. However, since your available margin is a constantly fluctuating amount and there is a possibility that a stop-out could be triggered unexpectedly, we do not recommend making withdrawals while holding open positions. If your account does not have sufficient funds to cover the withdrawal amount, an error message such as “insufficient funds” will appear, and the withdrawal will be rejected. Please verify that you have sufficient funds and resubmit your withdrawal request within the allowable withdrawal limit.
There is a problem with the payment service.
If your withdrawal request is declined by Exness, there may be an issue on the payment service provider’s end, such as an expired credit card or a frozen account with a payment service provider. Even if there are no issues with the withdrawal process on Exness, if you are unable to withdraw funds or your withdrawal is declined, please check with your payment service provider to see if there is a problem on their end.
