Exness Premier Program

Exness Premier began offering its services to residents of Japan in July 2021. If you hold a live account with Exness, you will automatically be enrolled in Exness Premier once you meet the eligibility requirements for Premier status.

"Exness Premier" is a loyalty program exclusively designed for active traders at Exness. This program is open only to clients who meet specific deposit and trading volume requirements. Exness Premier members enjoy a range of exclusive benefits not available to standard members, including priority support, member-only educational materials, market reports, and special promotions offering cashback and bonuses.

Exness Premier offers three tiers of Premier status based on your "total cumulative deposits" and "quarterly trading volume." These tiers are "Preferred," "Elite," and "Signature," and the higher your tier, the more exclusive benefits you receive.

PREFERRED members hold the lowest rank in Exness Premier and are eligible for exclusive member benefits such as "priority customer support," "member-only educational materials," "analysis reports by experts," and "special promotions (bonus campaigns)."

In addition to all the benefits offered to Preferred members, ELITE members can enjoy services such as "priority support from a dedicated account manager" and "one-on-one consultations with a dedicated account manager."

Top-tier SIGNATURE members enjoy all the benefits available to Preferred and Elite members, plus exclusive opportunities such as “meetings with Exness top management” and world-class networking at the “Annual Premier Gala Event,” as well as trading conditions tailored for high-net-worth individuals.

Anyone with a live account at Exness can join Exness Premier by meeting the specified eligibility criteria. No special procedures or applications are required; once you meet the criteria, you will automatically qualify as an Exness Premier member.

Exness Premier tiers are determined based on two factors: "total cumulative deposits" and "quarterly trading volume." The eligibility criteria for each Premier tier are as follows:

"Total Cumulative Deposits" refers to the total amount deposited into your Exness account over time, regardless of the specific period. Once this threshold is reached, you will meet the qualification requirements. Please rest assured that you are not required to maintain the specified amount in your account at all times. In contrast, "Quarterly Trading Volume" is calculated based on your trading volume with Exness every three months; therefore, you must trade regularly to maintain your Exness Premier membership status.

To qualify for "Preferred" membership—the lowest tier of Exness Premier membership—you must achieve a trading volume of $50 million (approximately 5 billion yen) over a three-month period.If you have deposited $20,000 (approximately 2 million yen) or more and are trading USD/JPY, since 1 lot equals $100,000, you must trade at least 500 lots over a three-month period. In other words, by consistently trading an average of 8 lots or more per day, you will be certified as a Preferred Member starting from the next quarter.

With Exness Premier, member ranks are updated based on quarterly trading volume; therefore, even after meeting the trading volume requirements once, you must continue to trade regularly. The schedule for updating Premier ranks is as follows:

Your Exness Premier Rank is determined based on your total cumulative deposits up to the first day of the next quarter and your trading volume from the previous quarter. For example, if you meet the eligibility criteria for any Premier Rank during the first quarter (January 1 through March 31), you will retain your Premier membership status for the three-month period of the second quarter (April 1 through June 30) and be able to take advantage of various exclusive benefits.

By becoming an Exness Premier Member, you can enjoy a variety of benefits depending on your Premier rank. The benefits become more exclusive as you climb the ranks, and upon reaching the highest rank—"Signature"—you’ll receive VIP treatment befitting the top tier, including the opportunity to meet directly with Exness executives and invitations to events where you can build world-class professional networks. Exness offers priority support services provided by a more specialized support team to Exness Premier members.By becoming an Exness Premier member, you will receive a faster response from our support desk than standard clients.
