We would like to inform you that the stop-out conditions for all MT4 accounts will be adjusted on September 11, 2024.
Changes
If your account’s available margin is negative, you will no longer be able to keep hedging positions open. Regardless of whether you have active hedging positions, a stop-out will be triggered if your account’s margin maintenance level falls below the stop-out level.
What happens if you get stopped out at less than 0%
As with all accounts, if you are stopped out with a margin level below 0%, your balance will be reset to zero under the negative balance protection policy, and you will not need to deposit additional funds to cover the loss.
Your account balance will be reset to zero, and you will be able to resume trading with a positive balance after making a deposit.
